Gina Triplett and Matt Curtius met while attending art school. They have long shared a studio, brainstormed and critiqued collaboratively.
In the last few years, this collaboration has extended to their paintings. They have created illustrations for clients that have included RCA Records, Rheingold Beer and Lamar Snowboards. They have exhibited paintings in galleries on both coasts of the U.S. and even a few in the middle.
Gina and Matt's work has been recognized by Communication Arts and American Illustration and their work is included in the book, Illustration Now, published by Taschen Books. When she was still under 30, Print Magazine selected Gina as one of their 20 artists to watch under 30. Now that she is older, wiser and has someone to help make her art, there can only be more reason to watch her, right?
Gina and Matt enjoy having more room to live in their Philadelphia
home, but leave a little piece of their hearts back with their friends
in Brooklyn.
