Illustrator: Andy WardAndy was born and raised in Norfolk, England. After studying painting at the Norwich School of Art he spent 8 years working as an illustrator in London before moving to Northern Italy where he works out of his studio in Bassano Del Grappa. Andy's illustration work has appeared in numerous places including the backs of busses, on billboards, in shop windows, on balloons, in magazines, on bikinis, in newspapers, on pencils, on jackets, in books, on stickers, on cd's, as record covers, on coats, on t-shirts, on skirts, blown up for exhibition displays, hand sewn in sequins, miniaturized for mobile phones, on the TV, on the catwalk, in the cinema, and online. He currently has a weekly slot in The Independent, The Sunday Telegraph, & a monthly slot in the Observer national UK newspapers. His animation work has been shown on TV, cinema, and more recently at London's IMAX cinema. His short film 'La Vuelta Del SuperBarrio' which he co-directed with video artist Bob Jaroc is due for release on Warp Records in the summer of 2006. More recently Andy has been working with spanish fashion label Custo Barcelona on their spring/summer & autumn/winter 2006 collections. Art
