Bob Flynn was born in Buxton, Maine and raised on Saturday morning cartoons (when they were good!). He began drawing and creating his own comics at an early age, which eventually landed him in art school at Washington University in St. Louis. He currently resides in Boston with his fiance Loren Lee, cat Baxter, and goldfish Gill Sans, where he works as an animator/game designer for the children's media company FableVision while juggling a budding career as an illustrator.
His work has appeared in Nickelodeon Magazine, Improper Bostonian, and Seattle Metropolitan Magazine. Driven by an obsession with offbeat cartoons grounded in inane optimism (often tainted by the grotesque), he keeps busy creating nonsensical creatures and characters to spin into comics and illustrations.
