Tomer Hanuka is an Illustrator and a cartoonist. He was born in Israel, and attended School of Visual arts in NY. Some of his clients include Time Magazine, The New Yorker, Spin, The New York Times, Rolling Stone, MTV, Saatchi & Saatchi, Nike, Penguin books, Schoolstic, Random House, Warner Bros and DC comics. He is the winner of multiple medals from the Society of Illustrators and the Society of Publication Designers as well as American Illustration and Print Magazine. He is a founding member and a contributer to the comics collective Meathaus. Tomer co-created 'Bipolar' with his twin brother Asaf. It's an experimental comic book for which he was nominated the Eisner, Harvey and Ignatz awards. The Placebo Man, a book collection of his short stories was recently published by Alternative Comics. He lives in NYC.
