Gediminas was born one sunny spring day in the Soviet Union - 1980's. It was an inspirational time when colors were pale, shop interiors stylish and ice-cream yummy. His childhood was surrounded by pencils, markers, indian ink, wood shavings and other strange stuff. After countless marker drawings he attended several years in art school, where a drunk teacher introduced him to painting.

High school was pretty boring ... exams bla bla bla...

He was not exposed to advertising in his childhood. With independence came television, with television - western culture, with western culture - advertising, with advertising - graphic design. Gediminas successfully received his graphic design diploma at Vilnius Design and Building college. He worked several years in some hilarious design studios in Vilnius and Moscow. It was so hilarious that Gediminas don't even show works from that period to anybody. Well except his mom of course.

One day in 2005 Gediminas was making one of the countless web designs, suddenly realized, that he had hands and fingers. He can draw! Two guys, Gediminas and Andrius, were mad enough to quit their jobs and join creative forces. Studio PetPunk was born. Design & motion graphics is what they like to do at the present time. Gediminas likes to illustration .. and even better clients pay for it.

His works were published in "Print", ".Net", "DIGIT", "Etapes", "Stash" magazines, "Shift" 2008 Calendar and " Young European Graphic Designers" book by DAAB. He worked with names like: MTV, Sprite, Vodafone.
