Sebastiaan Van Doninck was born from a mushroom somewhere in the woods of Belgium.
At first he was really small (about one inch tall) but he started growing fast.
The squirrel learned him how to jump from tree to tree.
The Fox learned him how to be one step ahaed.
The Hedgehog learned him how to defend himself.
The lovebug learned him how to kiss.
The cricket learned him how to make music.
The frog learned him how to swim.
And a wise lady with curly, red hair learned him how to use his imagination...
The young Sebastiaan moved out of the woods, in to the city.
The variety of people, buildings, traffic, lights, smells, colours, noises, shops, restaurants, disco's and schools made him feel dizzy at first.
But he remembered the wise lessons of his friends from the woods and the lady with the curly, red hair.
He started jumping, learning, kissing, dancing, swimming, running, searching,...
and drawing.
Now Sebastiaan is living with his good friend, the cat in a small treehouse in the middle of the city.
Once in a while he dreams about the days when he was still small and jumping from tree to tree.
Then he takes a pencil and starts to use his imagination.
