Drew Beckmeyer was born raised and remains in Los Angeles, but leaves for short periods of time any chance he can get. In 2007, he graduated from Art Center College of Design. Since then, he has shown in many cities and several countries, made and lost numerous friends, been on the cover of New American Paintings, and had an intense allergic reaction in Spain. He has done work for The New York Times, Billabong, Plan Sponsor, The New York Sun, LiveNation and Tooth & Nail Records, among others.
