    Shepard wins, without question. It's like how you walk through the Soups aisle at the market, and you see Andy Warhol instead of shelves stacked with Soup Cans.

    I viewed this post, and immediately saw colors that were not present in the photo -- My eyes adjusted, and it was apparent this was not the image I was accustomed to, but a photograph. Great as it may be, Shepard's work is art, the photo is photojournalism. If appropriation is no longer appropriate, then what is art?
