All entries must be uploaded online.
Only digital files will be accepted. We will not accept PDFs or anything other than the specified formats below. Do not mail in any hard copies of work.
6-10 entry pieces are required. (Go back here to review the rules.)
Use each entry piece to highlight ONE single project from your body of work.
UPLOADING INSTRUCTIONS:
For each piece, you will be prompted to fill out the “Title” field and to add a “Description” with client name and any other relevant information describing the piece. If you are entering a website that is password protected, please provide this information in the “Description” field as well.
Example: Title: Magazine Spread, Description: This was done for the Spring 2005 launch of [Client]’s new denim line. It was featured in a special pull-out section of the May 2005 Issue of [Magazine].
You need fill out the “URL” field only if the entry piece is interactive work or a video (see file requirements below). In the “Project Type” field, select whether the piece was professional or personal work. Lastly, enter all credits in the “Credit Title” and “Name” fields – please credit yourself as well as all others that worked with you.
On the following page, you will be asked to upload your files. You may upload up to three files per entry piece. This allows you to show multiple views when needed. Remember: make sure each entry piece = ONE project from your body of work. Of the maximum of three files you will upload per entry piece, ALL must illustrate the same project. If you need more than three files to showcase a single project, spread the project out over several entry pieces, and make a note of this in the “Description” field of the entry form.
